Allow me to introduce myself…
It all begins with an idea. Comfort Butter came to me in a dream in the middle of a pandemic. I woke up and immediately said “Ok God, How?’ No sooner than rolling over and grabbing my phone for the morning news (Instagram stories) one of my followers posted a step by step of how she went about starting her business…. It was a sign and I ran with it!
I grew up in the kitchen. My mom would put us on the counter and have us hand her all the seasonings. I didn’t know it then, but that was the start of a lifelong love affair with food. Those evenings on that tiny counter taught me that food could make even the most uncomfortable situation bearable. Food brings people together. Before I had money to travel, there was food, and baby I could go anywhere I wanted.
I like all kinds of food. I try all kinds of food. And this brand is going to explore just that. My passion for flavor profiles. My deep desire to get my very picky eater husband to like something more than “spaghetti”
There will be recipes and stories. My New York peeps will get a first look at the weekly menus. Oh! Did I mention sauces and ebooks are in the works? It’s going to be amazing.
